Currently serving as the Channel Head at Praveg TV, a division of Praveg Communications (India) Limited, Satish has been instrumental in driving content strategy, overseeing news programming, and steering the channel to new heights since October 2021. His leadership at Praveg TV has solidified the channel's position as a trusted news source in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and beyond.
Before joining Praveg TV, I was the Channel Head of Nirman News at GTPL from October 2016 to August 2020. During the tenure, have played a critical role in enhancing the channel’s content delivery and audience engagement, positioning Nirman News as a reliable news outlet in the region.
Earlier in my career, have served as the Executive Director of News at VTV, under GNBPL, from April 2010 to April 2014. My strategic vision and management skills helped me elevate VTV’s news operations, making it one of the leading news channels in Gujarat.
My journey in media began with a role as the Deputy News Coordinator at News Today Pvt. Ltd. from October 2001 to October 2008. Here, I was a pioneer in establishing the E-TV Gujarati News network in Gujarat, a milestone that marked the start of a transformative phase for regional news broadcasting in the state.
